Large companies can provide PO's and receive terms. This is evaluated on a case by case basis. Credit references will be requested.
- How long will it take to print my order?
Once all your order information is received, it typically takes 4 to 5 business days to process your order, upon availability of stock. You can get a rough estimation of the delivery time from the individual product page.

- Do I need to place a minimum order?
Inorder to pass on better savings to our customers, there's a minimum of 24 prints of the same image, but you can mix your garment styles, colors and sizes.
- Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, you can simply go online, add the items you like to the shopping cart and continue the checkout process as Guest. Or you can email us with the product you like and the specifications and we'll provide you with a quote and an invoice.
- Do I need to have a Paypal account to pay for my order?
No, you do not necessarily need to have a Paypal account to place order. After filling in your shipping information during checkup, you will be directed to the Paypal payment page. - Do I need to pay any sales tax?
For customers residing in BC, all orders are subjected to both PST and GST. For all non-BC Canadians, we only charge GST. As for international customers, there's no sales tax charged by us. However, custom duty might apply by your local custom office.

You can cancel your order anytime before we've actually processed the order (normally within 1 buisness day). Your money will be refunded to your account. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express) and Paypal. For Canadian customers, we also accept Interac Email Money Transfer. We also accept Money Order with payable to "DC Imprint Inc.".
